Description:
Important base for excursions to Cima del Marguareis, this refuge is inserted within the karst complex of Valle Ellero, Pesio and Tanaro, at the end of Vallone di Carnino, just a few dozen meters from the French border and the famous military road Monesi-Limone Piemonte. The normal route to Marguareis, Cime de Capoves, Cima di Pertega and Ferà are visible. Refuge still closed and variable weather.
