We began the hike on a very marked day among Trevélez parishioners. Today mass is held at Mulhacén summit and the Virgin of the Snows is carried up in Romería to the highest point of the Peninsula. Yesterday August 4 they carried the Virgin in a box on a mule. People bivouac at Siete Lagunas to be at midday mass.
