Description:
Sempreverdi and Lega Montagna Uisp. After a week we returned (15 people) again to Pizzocolo; traversing the Southeast ridge: beautiful, panoramic and made of vivid limestone. In Toscolano del Garda we took the road to Sanico, continuing uphill (by car towards Sant’Urbano) the steep mule track, to the CAI sign indicating the South and East ridges (trail 27). Reaching the first rocks (helmet and harness worn for precaution), we relied on the numerous holds to progress safely towards Pizzocolo, easily overcoming even the most exposed sections.
