FXB Panossière and Brunet presents a 2-day outing in Val de Bagnes with my two daughters (August 2019)
If doing the loop in one day descending to Lourtier (hike done 3 or 4 years earlier) it's 19 km - 1,400 m ascent - 1,800 m descent - T2 to T3 level. In that case, legs must hold up, as must the breath!
