Description:
It's autumn here in Germany and the weather is pretty crazy. It's totally unpredictable to know exactly what the weather will be like. That's why when I have a chance, I go out to complement my training with some running. Today I went to the hills near the city of Kirchheim unter Teck. It's my usual training spot and in the video I leave one of the circuits I use for pace changes. I hope you all like it.
