Grand Canyon double-crossing R2R2R takes runners down one rim up to the other and back (rim-to-rim-to-rim), covering 46 miles with over 11,000' of elevation gain.

Our route followed South Kaibab from the South Rim along North Kaibab to the North Rim and back up to the South Rim along Bright Angel trail, taking just over 14 hours, in temperatures ranging between 32 to 86 °F.
