At 1751 m, the magnificent pyramid Sveto Brdo (Šuplja planina) takes second place on the list of Velebit's highest peaks, just behind Vaganski vrh (1757 m). Sveto Brdo is probably the most recognizable peak of Velebit. Its tall, standalone pyramid, visible from several hundred kilometers, is located at the southeastern end of the 10 km long group Vaganski Vrh - Sveto Brdo, which rises mainly above the valleys of Velika and Mala Paklenica and contains all Velebit peaks over 1700 meters.
