Surprise.... that could be the word that sums up everything I felt when putting on my running shoes again. Here in Germany although people were never forced to confine themselves, in my case I did until I checked how and in what way I could go out to practice outdoor sports. It seems unbelievable how much one misses such a everyday activity as running. Being able to go out, breathe, feel and enjoy your activity is something that has filled me with energy. Also present were all those people I have in my heart. In the end everything added up and emotions arose and a tear too. I hope that energy I had in the video reaches all of you.
