The Lanaittu Valley (Lanaitho) offers ample opportunities for various routes with rappels; among them, a technical itinerary with a very airy character stands out particularly.
It is Sa Prama, known as Badde Piras (after its first explorer), a vertical gorge winding through the majestic walls that close the Lanaitho Valley to the east (located between Gola Vilighinzos and Su Turru 'e Ruveddu).
