highway Rome-Naples, Sora, Ponte del Nibbio 1031m, trail Q7 before Val Lattara to the right without obligatory path one reaches the ridge and in sequence Monte Trani and Serra del Re, descend into the woods trying not to lose elevation and resume the evident ridge to Serra Traversa. Descend into a small valley with a watering hole and follow trail P5 to the three upper bridges. From there with a slight descent about 3 km return to the car. About 20 km for 7 hours and 40, elevation gain a bit over 1000 m.
