November 2017: It was shut down just a few months ago, in July - the Schwarzkopf railway tunnel in the Spessart. It was completed as early as 1854, 930m long and double-track. Since it is soon to be filled with spoil from the construction of the new line, I had to hurry to visit it. Since construction work (track removal) was still going on during the day, I had to go at night :-) .
