Description:
Steeply uphill the path leads through the charming landscape of the „Buckligen Welt“ and forest to the remains of the former 12th-century castle. Although insignificant, abandoned, and ruined from mid-16th century, with an earthquake at the end causing more damage, impressive remains of walls, building parts, and moats can still be admired today. From the ruin, a fantastic view opens onto the land and Hohe Wand.
