Description:
Ruchenköpfe West Ridge - An ancient Munich classic; you notice it because the chimney is quite greasy. It should be dry, but best in overcast weather, then you're alone. Up to the chimney beautiful easy ridge climbing, a pleasure for mountaineers. The chimney climbed outside is steeper than thought, after that you can climb a nice short 4th pitch straight up, or around left to the 'Weiberschreck' (III-). Demands a scrambling mountaineer, but always rewarding.
