Review of my paragliding crash with spinal injury

On 14 June 2022 while on a paragliding vol biv with friends I crashed into cliffs and took a helicopter to hospital with damage to my spine at T12/L1 level, causing complete paraplegia. I also knocked my head and do not have any memory of the crash and probably the first few days afterwards. This video shows the beautiful scenery and relaxed atmosphere of the trip, my thoughts on the risks, a playback of voice messages I sent to my friend who saw me impact from a distance, track logs, and details about the medical injuries. I'm publishing it almost four months after the accident after discharge from the spinal rehabilitation clinic.
