Description: Holé brehy is a nature reserve in the Považský Inovec mountains. It is located in the cadastral area of the village Podhradie, Topoľčany district in the Nitra Region. It was declared in 1976 on an area of 5.4 ha, with a protective zone of 24.1 ha. The subject of protection are floristically diverse and rich remnants of xerothermic communities with an extraordinarily abundant occurrence of the large common pasque flower (Pulsatilla vulgaris subsp. grandis) in the eastern part of Považský Inovec. The reserve is used for scientific research purposes. Degrees 4 and 5 of protection apply in the reserve area.
