Excursion in Upper Val Venosta, reach Tubre and follow by car the signs for Valle Avigna, drive until the no-entry sign, just below Mangitsalm (1836m), from here on foot trail 1 to Starlexhütte (2118m). Follow the trail first through the wood then open spaces to a saddle from where the ascent on rocky terrain begins and overcome a rocky gully where it is inevitable to dislodge some stones. With maximum caution we overcome this section and reach the cross of the flat summit of Piz Starlex 3066m, the true slightly higher summit is at 3075m, we reach it and then keeping on the ridge we also cross the summit of S.Lorenza (no cross, no symbols) at this point we follow the white markers on the rock as long as possible, then when we lose them we decide to descend through rocky expanses first and grassy then. We arrive more or less near Pravierhütte and from here via the forest road we conclude the loop back to the car.
