Panoramic view from Zufrittspitze, 3439 m, above Ultental, Südtirol (Alto Adige), Italy. Ascent from Weisbrunnsee (road and bus) 1500 hm, approx. 5 h, first to Grünsee (1.5 h) on hiking trail, then marked path over scree, extensive boulder fields and some snow couloirs. At Zufrittpass the upper end of Zufrittgletscher is crossed, which is completely flat here, so it can be crossed without aids when snow-covered (was end of July 2018). Final ascent with climbing sections secured by chains (I, without chains II). 19.07.2018.
