Description:
21-08-2022: Route Km. 6.500 Elevation mt. 588. Continue on the white road to Malga Cavallara and then to the stables. From here take trail no. 382 towards Timoncello (flat top with trees visible on the left). The trail climbs first through steep pasture, then sparse wood to the 1913m marked saddle. From here continue following the trail pointing to the saddle between Palon della Cavallara and Cima Orena. From the saddle before Monte Orena climb right on trace along the Palon crest. Past the first rise climb to the second following the sinuous crest. Descend to Forcella della Cavallara and spot a trace descending steeply zigzag close to a spur degrading from the middle summit; the trace then cuts slightly downhill to the saddle passing through steep meadow (well below the third summit, the easternmost). From Forc. Cavallara descend trail 387 to Malga Cavallara.
