Since 2007 at the Pagari hut I have organized everything necessary to set up a microbrewery, obtaining a license from the Cuneo Customs Office to produce beer on site. This allows me, at the beginning of the season (when the hut is not yet open to hikers), to produce at the hut the quantity of beer needed for the seasonal demand. It is important not to overestimate consumption, as the harsh winter temperatures would cause any unsold beer bottles to explode. That's why, often from early September, the beer may be finished.
