Description:
The flower mountain Fellhorn (2037m), border mountain between Allgäu and Vorarlberg Kleinwalsertal, shows that it deserves its name. In addition to the diverse flowers, it also offers a magnificent view and below the summit and the secondary summit Schlappoltkopf the Schlappoltsee. The hike first led from the mountain station of the Fellhornbahn to the summit, then towards Kanzelwandbahn to Gundsattel and from there finally below the mountain ridge to the Schlappoltsee station and around the idyllic mountain lake.
