Description:
Extinct volcano called Malý Grič (876 m a.s.l.) is one of the dominants of the Handlová surroundings. It is located in the northeastern part of the Vtáčnik mountains. The summit of Malý Grič forms an andesite cone rising above the surrounding forests. In addition to beautiful volcanic rocks, the visitor will also enjoy an impressive view of the wide surroundings, especially to the nearby Veľký Grič peak. (22-23.5.2020)
