ROUTE: Hričovské Podhradie - Hričov Castle - Pod Roháčom - Súľov Castle and back.
Súľovský Castle was built between three massive rock formations. On the ruins, one can still recognize how the foundations of the castle structure adapted to the terrain. The castle complex consisted of an upper and lower castle, with the distance between these two parts estimated at 25 meters, and the height difference from the level of the lower castle to the floor of the first floor of the upper castle being 14 meters. The height of the ruin is approximately 18 meters.
