This tour was a premiere for us - our first joint multi-pitch climb! The goal shouldn't be too difficult, so we chose the 1342m high Kofel near Oberammergau. But although the 'Linke Achsel' route was only a 4- (UIAA), it turned out more challenging than expected because the terrain was partly grassy/earthy (and thus slippery) or interspersed with larch pines and trees (in which the rope often got caught and jammed). And then there was the changeable weather... but see for yourself!
