Route for those seeking solitary places on the edges of overcrowded Dolomites. Very beautiful, the Roghel via ferrata offers challenging and exposed passages on good rock in complete safety. Very evocative and full of charm and history is the Strada degli Alpini, a historical site that marked the Italian-Austrian border at the time. Adapted already in the 1930s as a tourist path, it presents no major technical difficulties except in the early season due to snow.
