just after S. Biagio Saracinisco at 920m follow road to Campolongo sanctuary 1070m. At barrier past animal gate follow left trail to valley at just over 1400m. Follow ridge through nice wood to exit at about 1800m and summit bypassing rocky spur on left. Return same way. Elev. 1000m, 6h10, about 12.3km.
