The Lago di Moregna is located in the northern Lagorai chain, at an altitude of 2081 m. Nearby stands the homonymous Malga. It lies in a grassy plain surrounded by the buttresses of Dos Caligher and facing the Cime Moregna peaks and, to the south, farther away, Cima Valmaggiore.
