Description:
Due to its exposed position on the ridge between Roßstein and Buchstein, the Tegernseer Hut is a popular excursion destination. The varied trail from the Bayerwald hiking parking lot leads in the upper part through somewhat exposed terrain and requires occasional scrambling.
