Description:
The Mandelberg castle ruins in the northern Black Forest (Bösingen) are worth a visit especially because of its walkable tower.
Narrow spiral staircases lead first outside, then inside steeply upwards.
The view is rather plain due to the very tall firs. The ascent and descent already resemble a small adventure.
