Description:
In Switzerland, you can visit the village where Heidi and her grandfather lived. A village surrounded by beautiful mountains and fairy-tale houses that take you back in time. Although there is a village called Dörfli in Switzerland (the name of Heidi's village in the original book), it was the village of Maienfeld that inspired the writer Johanna Spyri. This village is located in the Swiss canton of Grisons.
