Demanding mountain hike from Lavin (Zernez / Graubünden CH) up to Linard Hut (Chamanna dal Linard / 2327 m) and further to Glims Lakes (2564 m). Due to uncertain weather, the descent did not go as planned over Fuorcla da Glims and through Val Sagliains. The hut warden advised me to abort the tour and descend back the approach route – thus this hut tour ended back in Lavin. – Tour data: 6 hours, 18 km, ascent and descent 1130 Hm each. – Mapping material: Google Earth and Route Converter (Christian Pesch).
