Description:
Sorapiss with its huge vertical walls forms part of the mountain massif of Cortina d'Ampezzo and is located about 9 kilometers southeast of the town. The limestone Dolomite formations, which are irregular, rugged and sharp-edged, are part of the Eastern Alps. The Cristallo group lies north of Passo Tre Croci and its southern neighbor is the three-thousander Mount Antelao.
