Today I share my view on running in cold weather or with snow, if that were the case. Coincidence wanted that when I went out to train, a nice snowfall fell in this area, leaving everything with that beautiful white blanket. Although for Canarians snow is not unknown, it's true that being in these lands you can enjoy it much better. It has been a very gratifying experience, let's say at a mental level.
