Description:
Together with my brother Erik, we set off to Ticino to hike Monte Tamaro. For this, we took the gondola from Rivera-Bironico to Alpe Foppa. From there, we did the well-known circular trail, which has 720 meters of elevation gain and loss. The circular trail can be done in about 3.5 hours at a relaxed pace. The mountain seems very popular, as we met many people even during the week.
