I headed to Vålådalen nature reserve for an early autumn hike.
The hike started from Vålådalen and then went via Stendalsstugan-Vålåstugan-Gåsenstugan-Stendalsstugan to get back to Vålådalen. A 72km hike over 3 days. I had originally planned a slightly longer hike of about 95km but chose to take it easy and do the shorter loop instead. The area offers beautiful views and is much less 'trafficked' by hikers than e.g. Jämtlandstriangeln and the surrounding area.
