Description:
A beautiful autumn circuit. Start in Winklern near Oberwölz. Over Kammersberg into Vordere Pöllau to the foot of Greim and the road to Greimhütte 1,649 m. Unfortunately the Greimhütte is closed, so we enjoy our packed lunch. The downhill takes us over the hiking trail past Papsthütte and on forest road into Eselsberggraben. This valley uphill to the end at Neunkirchnerhütte 1,535 m. There the newly renovated Hölzlerhütte invites for a cozy stop. Back downhill 2.5 km to the junction and the left Eselsberggraben to Eselsberg and via Hubertuskapelle and Hintereggergraben back to Winklern.
