Description:
Gljúfrabúi is a beautiful waterfall that falls into a small pool from the same cliff as the famous Seljalandsfoss waterfall. Unlike it, however, it is unobtrusively hidden among rocks in a small gorge resembling a cave. The river flows through its narrow walls, along which one can reach right under the waterfall. Next to the entrance to the 'cave' begins a steep trail through rocky terrain leading to a viewpoint above the gorge, at the upper part of the waterfall.
