Europe's rainiest city delighted us with plenty of sunshine! :) Bergen proved to be a colorful port city that, besides the famous Bryggna, can boast a wonderful viewpoint, diverse seafood, and pedestrian-friendly distances. From Bergen, our path led past the phenomenal viewpoint Stegastein to a real glacier! We dressed warmly, put on crampons, grabbed an ice axe, and set off on Nigardsbreen! The crunching of ice underfoot and discovering otherworldly blue was unforgettable.
