FERNAU EXPRESS VIA FERRATA
A superlative sport via ferrata, short approach from the hut and quite vertical through the 'red' walls. It features consistently extreme, climbing technique-demanding route. Holds/step aids only in the chimney and overhang. Ledges, bands, cracks are cleverly used. Friction climbing on small-grip granite and mostly vertical sections require skill and strength. In short: A via ferrata reserved for experts. No emergency exit, not suitable for children.
