Starting point small parking lot at Costalta above St. Leonhard in Badia. Through light forest in about 45 minutes to Heiligkreuzhospiz. Then spectacular through the cliffs of Kreuzkofel west wall partly secured I+ to Kreuzkofelscharte. Easy hiking path first to Kreuzkofel then traverse to foot of Zehner. Steep up to summit block. Secured about 30m partly exposed II+ to cross with gigantic panorama.
