Nice excursion and tobogganing in a not very frequented valley at the foot of Vedrette di Ries.
The malga located in the Vedrette di Ries-Aurina Natural Park, in South Tyrol, is closed during the winter period. The refreshment point, therefore, is not at the top of the toboggan run, but almost at the end. It is the Badl hotel in Bagni di Riomolino. Along the track up to the malga there are wooden sculptures depicting the old woodsmen's trades. The run is easy, suitable also for families.
