Description: With the line taxi from Holzgau to the material cableway of the Memminger Hütte. Together with two seniors from Franconia and a couple from Hesse, we climbed the somewhat greasy trail to the Memminger Hütte. The four climbed to the Seescharte and headed to Zams. They followed the E5. I turned off at 2400m and set out to climb the three Seeköpfe. My path took me past the middle Seewisee, steeply up to the upper Seewisee to the Wegscharte. Then I followed the well-visible trail that led me along the wild ridge to the rear Seekopf. Then further along the ridge, first a few meters down and then up to the middle Seekopf. I reached it after 4 hours of walking. Since I had to be back down by 17:00, I reluctantly broke off here, skipped the front Seekopf, descended directly to the upper Seewisee and then followed the path to the Memminger Hütte where I took a short break. At 16:30 I was back at the material cableway and caught the line taxi in time, which took me back to Holzgau. A very beautiful solitary tour in rugged terrain, suitable only for sure-footed and non-vertigo mountain hikers.
