Description:
The 'Rumpler' is probably Upper Austria's most famous ski tour, which starts from the 'Krippenstein' mountain station (2090m) with a descent to the 'Oberfeld mountain station' (1830m).
There you skin up and circle clockwise the 4 'Gajdsteine' (2414-2794m) and the 'Taubenkogel' (2300m) to the foot of the Dachstein at 2750m (glacier) resp. 2900m (rim crevasse).
