After 3 consecutive Sundays of powder, and without new precipitation, we are undecided whether to go hunt it at all costs or do something else, so we bring ski and MTB gear.
We arrive at the parking lot where there is the toll for the ovens road, lots of cars and people transferring skis and getting into other cars, so given the chaos, the choice is made also because we guess that the ski slopes, thanks to cooling, may be ideal for pedaling on snow.
