Description: Very apt decision for a home hike at low altitude this week, the initial fog soon dissipated giving us the usual beautiful views over our lake, Trentapassi, snow-covered Guglielmo and the fine meadows of Vigolo valley. From the very convenient parking under the town hall of Vigolo, we headed to the Santuario della Madonna del Dosso (or di Loreto) taking at the village exit on the left trail 701, which climbs on the right side of the valley, passing cols Soresano, Cremona, del Rù, Punta del Bett, Cargadurå, Martinazzo and Colle Dedine, from which Malga Gombo alto and the Bronzone summit overlooking it are reached. The path, which we found a bit muddy with a light veil of snow, after the first good climb develops with pleasant ups and downs revealing very pleasant glimpses. At the summit, thanks to our musical Antonietta, we naturally did not miss the bell concert. Back to Gombo alto, snack and return along the track to the asphalt road from Bianica via Bratta, but at the first farmhouse of the hamlet, we went right down an ancient road into Valle delle Tombe and crossing the beautiful stone bridge, probably medieval, we climbed back to Vigolo. Route 19.4 km in 6 hours 20 min with total elevation gain 1025 m. [Text by Mauro]
