Description:
The Phi Phi Islands are undoubtedly one of Thailand's main tourist destinations, located in the Andaman Sea in Krabi province.
It became world-famous for two reasons, first for the movie The Beach by Leonardo DiCaprio and later for the unfortunate 2004 tsunami that left it totally devastated. Over the years it recovered and today welcomes thousands of tourists a year.
