Two options to climb to the Tourtemagne hut (Turtmannhütte): Either by the track extending the road to the right (faster) up to Tourtemagne lake (Turtmannsee), or by the path to the left up to Holustei chapel then traversing on balcony and descending a bit overlooking the lake (longer, but prettier). From there, one can either climb to the ridge supporting the hut by the direct and efficient path to the left (Normalweg), or bypass it by the path along the valley edge following the old moraine for a longer and more varied route (Steinmannliweg).
