Wed, 25.05.2022 Grand Canyon NP, Hermit Trail up

I slept well and long, the morning is wonderfully mild. My tent is still in the shade, it's 20 °C. Around 6 a.m. I get up, do a little wash at the stream and filter fresh water. I prepare breakfast and take down my tent in the meantime. Today there's even orange juice for backcountry breakfast, what a luxury.
