The monastery church Ave Maria in Deggingen, on the edge of the Swabian Alb, is a popular excursion destination. Somewhat away from the town, located on a steep hill, it offers an impressive view over Deggingen and the foothills of the Swabian Alb. A visit to the church built in the late Baroque style is always worthwhile.
