Description:
The Arnulfsfeste is a hilltop castle built in the 9th century.
The first documented mention dates from 879.
The fortress is an extensive and partially heavily ruined complex consisting of three separate building complexes erected on three hills (Rauthügel, Thurnerhügel, Arnulfhügel).
