Description:
With my youngest daughter, sporting outing (T4 level) on a partly equipped ridge itinerary. Above the Aletsch glacier is this UNESCO trail. Reserved for experienced hikers with sure footing and no vertigo. Sensations are exceptional, the view fabulous and the pleasure too. Technical data: start from Fiescheralp, ascent to Bettmergrat (cable car arrival from Bettmeralp). There begins the blue-white trail to the Eggishorn cable car top station. 8 km distance, ± 900 m ascents, 3h30 walking, rocky itinerary only. Never leave the markings!
